The inverse dynamic problem solution for the layered media

The existence and the uniqueness of the solution of the inverse dynamic problem are proved and the way of its solution for the layered medium under rather common assumptions about its features is given in the paper.

Construction of high-speed models on the data of vertical seismic profiling

The problem of the layered model velocity identification from borehole seismic data is considered in the paper. For solving this problem two steps have been suggested. First, the travel-time arrivals have been defined, then a continuous curve has been constructed by the least squared method.

The new approaches to calculation of density of the longitudinal seismic wave field for the layered geologic medium

The existence and the uniqueness of the solution of the inverse dynamic seismic problem have been proved and the way of its solution for the layered medium under rather common assumptions about its features has been given in the paper. The author considers the methods of one-valued density determination in layers using the known velocity or acoustic stiffness.
